Terramar is a lovely community that embodies the rustic Arizona spirit with a near panoramic mountain view. Located in Peoria, Arizona, this neighborhood has a collection of mostly single-family homes that were built between 1998 and 2018. Many of the homes have either one or two-story designs as well as feature Mediterranean architectural styles.

TERRAMAR COMMUNITY

Terramar has two major parks, including its self-entitled Terramar Park. This park is situated near the schools along the southern end of the community. It features a large open greenspace that can be used for playing soccer or hosting a special event, making it a popular outdoor spot for large gatherings and activities. The park also has a large playground as well as a picnic and barbecue area. The other park within the community is the Palo Verde Park. This park is located in the upper west end of the community and includes a half basketball court, large playground, and plenty of greenspace. The park also features a beautiful large patio with a striking compass spiral design. Along its curve is an ornate pergola that shades the seating area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Another feature of the community is the Weir Wash Trail. This trail is a rustic pathway that starts in the upper eastern corner of Terramar and cuts down and across the community, providing residents with a scenic route to enjoy the natural elements of the surrounding area. It's also a great resource for those who enjoy mountain biking.

Frontier Elementary, Mountain Ridge High School & Sunrise Mountain High School are some of the top rated schools nearby. There is also a strong presence of highly acclaimed charter schools nearby as well.

The 4 Corners at Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant parkway are home to many boutiques, national retail anchors, unique eateries and traditional restaurants. For a quick bite, a special occasion, a gallon of milk, or an afternoon of retail therapy, the 4 corners deliver. Lake Pleasant Towne Center, is home to Sprouts Market, Ross, Chilis and many more. Lake Pleasant Crossing is home to Lowe's, Wells Fargo, Papa Johns & Jimmy Johns, while Lake Pleasant Pavillion and Mountainside Crossing have many great anchors such as Super Target, Marshalls, Starbucks, McDonalds, Chase Bank, Discount Tire, Mountainside Fitness, and Baskin Robins.
