Jarrod Kinman | Owner & Real Estate Advisor

Jarrod is a 3rd generation Phoenix native and a 20+year resident of Peoria. He has as seen the huge growth first hand in the Valley.  His grandmother was raised on a farm in central Phoenix back in the 1920s, his father went to Central High in the 60s and Jarrod grew up in these wonderful AZ Neighborhoods. He currently resides in Peoria with his wife & three kids. They are his "why", and the reason he is passionate about helping others achieve their true investment goals. 

Jarrod can guide you through any real estate process.  His warm relational approach and his care for his clients are his strengths.  He brings unique insights that come from being an investor in the residential market. His home staging, floor plan design, and marketing techniques are all tools that have been tested and proven through his personal involvement in over 20 investment properties.

He has spent over 18 years volunteering and working with church ministries, non-profits, and social causes. He has been a professional musician, singer, and leader for many of those organizations. Sometimes you may even catch him doing a gig with his band at a local brewery. Music, art & authenticity are a part of his DNA.

Lorie Kinman | TEAM MANAGEMENT

She is the hub of the organization, she keeps the schedules, organizes documentation and implements our systems to keep things running streamlined and efficient. With a background in lean process from 15+ years in the collision repair industry, her skills keep the team on task with the correct activities in the fewest steps. Lorie is also Jarrod's wife of 24 years. Yes they were high school sweethearts, a rarity this day and age! Her love for her family and kids are paramount in life. 

Lorie has a great eye for design and loves creating keepsakes for her friends and clients. Her skills as a systems admin are a 10 out of 10, and her talents in deconstructing complicated processes into efficient systems is truly amazing.  She believes respect and responsibility are given thru time management. Respect other people's time because it is the most valuable commodity we have.
