1. SCHEDULE A HOME-BUYING CONSULTATION
Contact me to schedule a home-buying consultation. This consultation is designed to outline the home buying process to arm you with knowledge & confidence in choosing your new home. We will identify your home needs and outline our next steps.
2. GET PRE-QUALIFIED BY A LENDER
Know your “Buying Power” before you go shopping. If you will be financing your new home and are not already working with a mortgage lender, we can provide you with a list of lenders that can help you. This is a very important step, as once you complete the pre-approval process with a lender, you will be provided with a pre-qualification letter that will show sellers that you are a serious and qualified buyer. Our partners are very fast!
3. FIND A HOME AND PRESENT AN OFFER
Based on your goals & needs established during the home buying consultation, the search begins to find your ideal home. Once you have selected the right property, we will write up the offer, present it, and negotiate on your behalf. Upon an accepted offer, the closing process begins! The timeline to closing escrow generally takes from 4-6 weeks. This timeline will include an inspection period in which you may request for repairs to be made or renegotiate based on findings from any inspections.

4. COMPLETE THE CLOSING PROCESS
After an offer has been accepted and additional terms met, we will walk you through every step of the process. From choosing home warranties to obtaining home owners' insurance, you will have us by your side to guide you through the way. After each step is completed, you will attend Close of Escrow, pick up your keys, and officially own your new home!
