Book a VR Home Tour

Here is the process We go through to help our clients find their perfect home. We specialize in out of state buyers and high profile clients that value their time with a high regard. We streamline the process for you!

step 1

Just click on the "Book a Preview" button below and you will be directed to our calendar. Pick the day and time when you would like us to go to the home and take a HD 360 Video Tour for you.  You will also need to enter in the address of the home to be visited. We will contact you to confirm your request.  Need help finding a home you would like us to preview?  Click this link and we will provide a custom home search based on your criteria.  

step 2

Once we confirm the booking with you we will send you a link to fill out our buyer broker agreement.  This means you are hiring us to be your real estate advisor. We are more than happy to book numerous home previews.  85% of our clients preview an average of ten homes. Once they pick their final three homes it is common for us to go back for an additional tour to highlight specifics, or even view in person together.

Step 3

We will ship you a Compact VR (Virtual Reality) Headset that works with any smart phone! It clips on easily and it is our gift to you! It really enhances the 360 Virtual Home Preview experience. We post the video to our YouTube channel and send you a link within 24 hours of the time you requested. You can watch the 360 video on any smart phone, tablet, or computer, but for a truly "Immersive" experience use your VR headset!
